I've been playing pickleball since 2017. I won 2 gold medals in Women's Doubles, with different partners at 3.0. I'm working hard at keeping the ball low, and working on placement, power and finesse. I'm now a 3.5 player. I coach Pickleball and tennis and absolutely love both sports! My happy place is being on the court.
Paddles are fun and expressive. Choose wisely! It really does make a difference as to which paddle you use. Materials matter, handle grip size (even if you have a small hand, consider a paddle that you won't lose your grip) and polymer cores all matter.
