What is the difference between Dura and Franklin X pickle balls? I heard that pros prefer to play with Dura. Is this true?

From what I've been told Dura is a 1-piece molded ball. The Franklin X is 2 halves joined... look closely & you will see the seam. There are claims the Dura is a "somewhat" harder plastic or perhaps seems so from its 1-piece design.
